In the forth, we explore gratitude and generosity as fundamental attitudes to befriend the mind as they are the effective antidotes against lack of appreciation and self-centeredness.
We close the series reminding ourselves that when we befriend our mind, we become a friend to the world and the world becomes our friend!
This workshop is part of a four sessions series, but it also works on its own.
All levels are welcome, age 12 and up.
