Collaboration and creativity start with a present mind

Worldwide only 13% of employees are engaged at work. Companies with highly engaged workforces outperform their peers by 147% in earnings per share (source: Gallup). How can leaders increase engagement? We believe it all starts by being mindful and present with yourself and others. Mindfulness training uncovers many attention training techniques and practical ways to increase awareness whilst fostering a culture of collaboration.

01 — MindCare: A Preventative and Proactive Approach to Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace

A comprehensive, actionable program to reduce the stigma around mental health and give participants confidence to support their own and others’ mental wellbeing through deepening self-awareness, compassion and providing the tools to make informed, skilful choices to prevent mental health challenges.

The interactive sessions are divided into modules covering topics such Foundations of Mental Health, Increasing Self-Awareness, Developing Empathy & Understanding For Others, Caring For Ourselves, Navigating Stressors and Building a Culture of Collaboration.

In each of the modules, emphasis will be placed on accessible and actionable practices that participants can implement immediately to enhance mental wellbeing.

The program is exclusively facilitated in person and requires a full day of training (8 hours, including breaks).

02 — Search Inside Yourself Leadership Workshop

Born at Google and developed by the thought leaders in Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, and Mindfulness, the real-life program can be delivered in half, one or two days, depending on the time availability and group size.

The SIY program teaches skills that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration and effective leadership. It includes a deep dive into self-awareness and empathy, practical mindfulness exercises to increase focused attention and effective techniques to develop self-mastery.

A highly interactive experience, with 1/3 presentations and 2/3 hands-on exercises.

03 — Adaptive Resilience Workshop

This program from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) helps build positive mind behaviours, healthy mental habits and practices that promote personal resilience while growing a culture of resilience within teams and organisations.

Adaptive resilience is the ability to recover from adversity and thrive. It builds the capacity to be productive, resourceful and creative while dealing with changing circumstances and adversity.

The workshop can be delivered virtually in three 90-minute workshops.

04 — Mindfulness Workshops

We spend most of our time at work, so we better learn how to make it a nourishing and pleasant place. We are highly skilled and specialised individuals, but we lack self-management tools. This series of bespoke mindfulness workshops help to create the conditions needed to experience happiness at work (yes, it is possible, and it all depends on a joyful collective effort).

The outcomes - enhanced mental performance and clarity, a more agile and adaptive mindset, lowered stress response, strong communications skills, better access to inner creativity, and greater empathy and emotional intelligence at work.

The workshops can be delivered virtually or in person. Duration: 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

05 — Guided Meditation Sessions

Natalia’s sessions blend ancient meditation practices with contemporary contemplative meditation techniques and are suitable for everyone, especially skeptical minds! Building healthy mental habits requires training, unlearning and relearning.

Give her your attention for a few minutes, and she will show you how to focus the mind and how to master mindfulness for the rest of your life!

The sessions can be delivered virtually or in person. Duration: 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

06 — One-on-One

It’s not coaching, and it’s not mentoring; it’s a safe space to exchange professional and personal experiences whilst working specifically on removing blocks and building a meaningful life.
