We warmly invite you to join —live in London or online—for a practical and down-to-earth workshop about essential attitudes for mindfulness & meditation practice.

This workshop will explore attitudes that help us cultivate a wise and compassionate approach to sitting with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

We will examine key attitudes such as curiosity, non-striving, letting be & letting go, and generosity, and see how they serve as effective antidotes to common obstacles in mindfulness practice, including boredom, agitation, aversion, and doubt.

For meditators of all experience levels, we’re sure this session will be insightful and immediately beneficial to your practice.
