In the second session, we explore non-striving and trust as fundamental attitudes to befriend the mind as they are the effective antidotes against frustration and doubt. Expectations on how the practice should go takes the mind away from the present moment, and lack of confidence in our intuition takes us away from who we truly are.
Learning that ultimately meditation is the art of non-doing allows us to do less and be more!
This workshop is part of a four sessions series, but it also works on its own.
All levels are welcome, age 12 and up.
