In the first session, we explore curiosity and non-judgement as fundamental attitudes to befriend the mind as they are the effective antidotes against boredom and fault-finding, which are significant obstacles for mindfulness and meditation.
Realising that the mind is not the enemy and that kindness is our best friend is key to sustaining a healthy practice.
This workshop is part of a four sessions series, but it also works on its own.
All levels are welcome, age 12 and up.
